Dependent Child Turns 25
When your dependent child who is a full time student turns 25, the child is no longer eligible for coverage under the Health & Welfare Plan. The child may be eligible for COBRA Coverage.

When your child ceases to be a full time student, you must notify the Fund Office. You will become liable for any health claims paid by the Plan for any services provided after your dependent ceases to be eligible.

If Lineco is notified within 60 days of the qualifying event, COBRA coverage can continue for up to thirty-six months provided timely payments are made.
