Blue Card PPO Network - The Blue Card PPO Network is a network of hospitals and physicians throughout the United States that participate in their local BlueCross BlueShield PPO networks. Blue Card PPO providers are Lineco's preferred providers and provide medical care to Lineco participants at negotiated rates.

Dental Network of America (DNoA) - Lineco uses a dental preferred provider organization (PPO) called the Dental Network of America (DNoA). Use of a PPO provider is voluntary.

Express Scripts - Express Scripts (ESI) administers the Drug Card Program and will issue you an ID card when you become eligible. Most pharmacies participate in the program, which provides you and the Plan with discounted prices on most drugs.

CuraScript - There is a mandatory mail order program for specialized medications, administered by Curascript™ (a subsidiary of ESI). Patients MUST go through Curascript for all specialty drugs, regardless of where the drug will be administered (this includes drugs that will be administered in a doctor's office). Specialty drugs that are not procured through Curascript will not be covered under the Lineco medical plan.

Vision Service Plan (VSP) - The Plan uses a network of opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists called Vision Service Plan (VSP) to provide vision benefits in an efficient and cost-effective way. Reduced benefits are available when you use a provider outside the VSP network.

HearPO - You can receive significant discounts on hearing services, including hearing aids, through the HearPO network. Refer to your HearPO brochure for more information.

ValueOptions - For treatment of substance abuse and mental or nervous disorders, use facilities and doctors in the ValueOptions Provider Network.

WebMD - A personal guide to health, offering medical news, local health guides, discussion groups, live broadcasts and disease information.

iVillageHealth - Advice, assessment tools and discussions on women's health, with reports on heart disease, cancer, sexual/reproductive health, nutrition, and other topics.

American Medical Association - Home page of the American Medical Association; contains news, information about the AMA, health and fitness information, a searchable database of physicians, information on managing chronic illnesses, and more.

Medicare - Medicare's site has information on coverage, eligibility, enrollment, your Medicare card, replacement card ordering, address changes, and help with health care costs. In addition, you can find out about how to choose a nursing home (alternatives, payment, checklist, patient rights), helpful contacts, view, download, or order Medicare or health related publications, info on how to recognize and prevent fraud and abuse, and material to help you stay healthy.
