  • 12/21/16 - Retiree Self-Pay Rates for 2017

    The Board of Trustees has announced there will be a slight increase to the rates effective March 1st 2017. Current participating retirees will receive an official notice in January 2017 with updated rate information. These rates take effect on 3/1/2017.

  • 11/23/16 - New SPD and Important Benefit Updates

    Each year the Line Construction Benefit Fund is required to provide certain important Plan information to our members. Please take a moment to review the attached regarding benefit changes effective January 1, 2017. Click here to review the key 2017 Benefit Updates.

  • 08/17/16 - Attention California Members:

    Effective 9/1/2016, LINECO will begin to exclusively utilize the Blue Cross of California PPO provider network. In a majority of cases, the provider you see today is already in the Blue Cross of California network. Please see attached post card for additional information. Read more.

  • 1/21/16 - New Tax Forms Coming Soon!

    The LINE CONSTRUCTION BENEFIT FUND (LINECO) is required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to send out proof of health coverage in the coming months. If you were eligible for LINECO at any time during 2015, you may receive an IRS 1095 – B Form that proves you had qualified and minimum essential health coverage for you and your eligible family members during 2015.

    Please keep these documents with any other important tax forms (W-2's, etc) in case they are needed when you file your return.
